Tillis Said to Unveil Draft Digital Copyright Bill in December

Sen. Thom Tillis will release draft legislation to amend the Digital Millennium Copyright Act on Dec. 18, a Senate Republican aide said Monday.

The law was established to allow online platforms like social media sites to grow without assuming copyright liability for all of a user’s activity.
