Canal+ contre-attaque sur le dossier des droits d’auteur

Maxime Saada, DG du groupe, répond à la polémique sur le non-versement de 50 millions d’euros.
Canal + repart à l’offensive. Vivement critiqué pour ne plus verser aucun droit d’auteur depuis fin 2016, le groupe de Vincent Bolloré a décidé de sortir de sa réserve. «Nous avons le sentiment d’une profonde iniquité», confie son directeur général, Maxime Saada, alors que la tension est à son comble avec les sociétés de collecte des droits d’auteur. En conflit ouvert avec Canal +, ces dernières, la Sacem, la SACD et la Scam, lui réclament 50 millions d’euros d’arriérés et l’ont assigné en justice.
